membership Dues

Membership Type

Monthly Rate†

One Time Joining Fee*

Adult (19–65 years of age) $55.00 $150.00
Family (two married or financially dependent adults living in the same household + dependent children under 24 years of age)
$103.00 $250.00
Senior (66+ years of age) $48.00 $150.00
Teen (12–18 years of age) $30.00 $60.00

* The registration fee is applicable to all new members joining the YMCA. This is a one time fee as long as your membership is kept current. In case of cancellation, a 30-day grace period is allowed to renew your membership without paying this fee. Registration fees are allocated for improvements and renovations so that we may provide you with a safe and well-maintained facility.

† The Electronic Funds Transfer (Bankdraft) is a convenient transfer of membership dues from your bank or credit card to the YMCA each month. Your membership is continuous until we receive written notice of your cancellation. Written notice of cancellation must be received 30 days prior to the date of your transfer.

It is the members’ responsibility to check monthly bank or credit card statements to assure the proper amount is being deducted from their account and, when necessary, that the cancellation has taken effect. Contacting your bank or credit card company issuer does not cancel your bank draft. No refunds will be given for a draft that occurs during the interim.

Financial Assistance

The YMCA believes that its programs and services should be accessible to everyone. We also know that sometimes people need financial support to afford these services. Financial assistance is extended to those demonstrating that they are unable to pay in full. Applications for both Membership and Program Assistance are available at the Front Service Center. This help is made possible by the YMCA’s annual Campaign for Youth, SB Foundation, Lottie Daniel Fund and the campaign’s generous contributors.

The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any program due to lack of enrollment, in which case a full refund will be given. Credit will be issued in case of cancellation by participant prior to program start date.

Admittance Policy
No matter how hard we try, we cannot possibly recognize all 2,000 facility members and 1,500 program members; therefore, we require that ALL members bring their YMCA membership cards every time they use the facility. Members who do not bring cards may be denied access to the facility.

Insurance
Members, guests and program participants are advised that they use all YMCA premises, facilities, equipment and program activities at their own risk. The YMCA carries no accident insurance on your behalf. Membership
