Programs: Active Older Adults

Fit for Life

A total body fitness program for all levels of active older adults.

Includes:

  • Stretching, strengthening and toning entire body
  • Muscle conditioning & flexibility
  • Safe wall & floor balance exercises
  • 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise to music
  • Helps promote weight loss and well-being
  • Meet new people and socialize with friends
  • Included in YMCA membership
