A total body fitness program for all levels of active older adults.
Includes:
- Stretching, strengthening and toning entire body
- Muscle conditioning & flexibility
- Safe wall & floor balance exercises
- 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise to music
- Helps promote weight loss and well-being
- Meet new people and socialize with friends
- Included in YMCA membership
