Exercise Equipment Orientation
An introduction to our TechnoGym and Cardio equipment, with instruction on proper form, breathing techniques, seat positions, reps, sets and weight. Our Wellness Staff will meet with you up to four times. Teen members ages 12–17 years old, who wish to work out in the Cardio Center and Technogym, are required to attend the Teen Strength Training class

Personal Training
Get motivated with a Personal Trainer. Our trainers are experienced and friendly. They'll help you get started with an exercise regime or stay on track with the one you have. Find out how to improve your flexibility with assisted stretching or how to get out of an exercise plateau with Periodization training.

Physical Profile
Need confirmation that your workout routine is getting you the results you want? Then try our new Physical Profile program that is designed to measure and track your physical wellness. Under the direction of a certified personal trainer, you will go through three basic assessments that will gauge your overall strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular well-being. The results will then be stored in a profile and later serve as the basis for comparison upon re-assessment.

Fundamentals of Wellness
An 8-week introductory class to the Cardio and Strength training equipment with emphasis on how to make progression toward a healthy lifestyle change.
This class is specifically geared to a member who is:
- New to exercise
- Having difficulty committing to an exercise program
- Recently recovered from an injury
- Dealing with weight management challenges

CIRCUIT TRAINING
Research shows that adding intervals to traditional aerobic workouts can improve cardiovascular fitness in less time.
The more intense the interval bursts, the more improvement you’ll see and the more calories you’ll burn.
