Personal Training

Work one-on-one with a certified Personal Trainer. Your trainer will help you develop a results-based program tailored specifically for your needs and goals. You will be instructed on proper form and technique, as well as encouraged, challenged, and motivated!

To help you achieve your health and fitness goals, we encourage you to utilize our Certified Personal Trainers, available by appointment.


Total Health Coaches

 Forty-Five minute Equiptment and Fitness Orientations with a Total Health Coach are available at no charge! They are geared towards members who would like an introduction to the Atlantis weight and cardiovascular machines with instruction on proper form, reps, sets, and weight.  These orientations are also for members that would like some one on one motivation or to set up a personalized exercise plan.   


Body Composition Testing

The scale can tell you if you gained or lost weight, but are those pounds fat or muscle? We use calipers to measure you percentage of body fat.

Time: Approx. 15 minutes
Fee: $15.00


Fitness Assessment

For members who would like a complete assessment of their overall fitness level. Includes: tests for blood pressure, body measurements, body composition, cardio respiratory level, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and postural screenings.

Time: Approx. 1 hour 15 min. (1 1/4 hours).
Fee: $45.00
