Camp

For generations, YMCA camps have provided children with rewarding experiences and a lifetime of memories. Whether you’re looking for traditional day camps or specialty camps that focus on sports, arts or other activities, the Y is the place. Our camps feature themes, field trips, arts and crafts, songs, games, and much more. Venture outdoors, learn new skills, have intriguing cultural experiences, work with others, and make new friends at camp.

All activities are carefully designed for specific age groups under the supervision of our well-trained staff.
Our YMCA camping programs are accredited by the American Camp Association, meeting the highest standards in camping services in 300 areas, including health, safety, personnel, transportation, and facilities!
Whatever you're seeking, you are certain to find the right camp for you and your family.

Like all Y programs, camp is open to all, with financial assistance available.

Spring Day Camp

Campers can enhance their ports skills and engage in fun large group games. Afternoons include swimming arts, cooking, gym time or a local excursion. Click here to read more.

Summer Day Camp

Y camps are all about adventure, healthy fun, personal growth, new friendships and lasting memories. Sign up now for a summer of fun at member rates PLUS experience all the Y has to offer you and your family with a one-month trial membership when you enroll in four or more summer day camp sessions by March 31.

Lil'Troopers Camp

Four-five year old campers will participate in weekly activities in a creative, fun and hands-on way and develop necessary skills for school readiness. Activities include arts and crafts, swimming, outdoor exploration, character development, reading, dramatic play and excursion on Wednesdays. Ratio 1:6. Click here for more information.

Adventure Camp

For kindergarten-third graders, this camp is where summer fun begins. This camp is for campers new and old with fun-filled days full of silly challenges, weekly field trips, swimming at the high school and Y pool all based around a weekly theme. Ratio: 1:8. Click here for more information.

Explorer Camp

This fast paced camp for fourth-ninth graders, is built around the interests of the campers and includes daily off-site excursions to explore new interests and allow for creativity and personal expression. Ratio: 1:10. Click here for more information.

CIT

Our Counselor-in-Training programs for ninth-twelfth grades, are designed to build leadership and necessary life skills for any future career. CITs work alongside camp counselors to ensure fun and safety for all. Click here to read more.

Sports Camp

Our high caliber staff, comprised of athletes and coaches will help your first-sixth grader discover their potential and love for the game. During the camp athletes will build their self-confidence, discover their personal best, have fun and be part of a team.  Camps include one field trip and special guest speakers from college level athletics. Resident Camp

Overnight Camp on Catalina Island

An entire week on Catalina Island, where your camper stays in villas or cabins, just steps away from the Pacific Ocean! Camp Fox is the place for beachfront swimming, kayaking, inner-tubing, hiking, tide pools, stand up paddle-board, high ropes course, beach volleyball, snorkeling, Frisbee golf, campfires and more! Overnight Camp at Sequoia Lake

YMCA Camp Sequoia Lake activities include: sailing, ropes course, mountain biking, rock climbing, archery, swimming, outpost camping, fishing, visit to the national park, painting, crafts, soccer, basketball, campfires, canoeing, hiking, creek walks, field games, skits, songs, chapels, and personal leadership and development. Teen Adventure Caravan Camp

Campers will learn to set up and take down camps, cook their own food, live in rustic settings and depend on the strength and abilities of their fellow campers. Caravan Camp will be making stops in Big Sur, Monterrey, San Francisco and will culminate at the American River where campers will be treated to a private campground to enjoy two exciting days of White Water Rafting with the seasoned guides of River Runners USA. Family Camp Sequoia Lake

This camp promises to be a week of adventure and fun for the entire family. Spend your days hiking, swimming, canoeing, rock climbing or simply spending quality time together. All meals are provided and kids participate in morning kids camp to ensure parent relaxation time. Group activities, arts and crafts and campfires complete the camping experience.
