1. Visit the Stuart C. Gildred Family YMCA
2. Check out the Group Exercise Schedule and pick a class to attend!
3. Pick up a GET BACK TO CLASS card at the front desk (the Front Desk will scan this card to track your visits, so please bring with you for each visit)
4. Please bring a valid photo ID
