For generations, YMCA camps have provided children with rewarding experiences and a lifetime of memories. Whether you’re looking for traditional day camps or specialty camps that focus on sports, arts or other activities, the Y is the place. Our camps feature themes, field trips, arts and crafts, songs, games, and much more. Venture outdoors, learn new skills, have intriguing cultural experiences, work with others, and make new friends at camp.
All activities are carefully designed for specific age groups under the supervision of our well-trained staff.
Our YMCA camping programs are accredited by the American Camp Association, meeting the highest standards in camping services in 300 areas, including health, safety, personnel, transportation, and facilities!
Whatever you're seeking, you are certain to find the right camp for you and your family.
Like all Y programs, camp is open to all, with financial assistance available.
Whether you choose a week on Catalina Island, the High Sierras or both – the YMCA camping experience offers an exciting, safe community for young people to explore the outdoors, build self-esteem, develop interpersonal skills and make lasting friendships and memories.
