At the YMCA, we have the facilities, equipment, programs, and staff to support you. Make new friends, increase your self-confidence, and improve your spiritual, mental and physical health.
Like all Y programs, health, well-being and fitness is open to all, with financial assistance available.

Sportsplex Small Group Trainings Schedule April 21-June 5 This dynamic mix of small group trainings will get you into the best shape ever. Join by purchasing a small group training pass below for only $40 per month and get access to 20 small group trainings a week. Registration happens at the Welcome Center. Once enrolled you will receive a welcome email giving you access to our MindBody site Where you can book all the training you want. Don't miss out. Trainings are limited to 12 members per training.
Lose to Win Challenge!- The team that loses the most weight wins a 1-month membership and the person who loses the most weight will win a 3-month membership. This 8-week session runs from May 26-July 16 and only costs $159.
