This dynamic mix of small group trainings will get you into the best shape ever. Purchase a small group training pass at the Welcome Center for only $40 per month and get access to 20 small group trainings every week. Once enrolled you will receive a welcome email giving you access to our MindBody site where you can book all the training you want. Don't miss out. Trainings are limited to 12 members per training.
The Y offers CPR/AED and First Aid classes through American Heart Association. Certifications are good for two years. See our schedule for details.
