Specialty Classes

Current Schedules

To participate in any Specialty Classes, child must be able to swim 50 yds freestyle and backstroke (Minnow level)

Youth Swim Conditioning
This 4 week class meets twice a week to focus on stroke development, endurance and conditioning and is a great course for those hoping to join the Dolphin Swim Team or Participate in Jr. Lifeguards.

Wet Ball
We offer a beginning wet ball class. Basic skills such as treading, passing, and shooting are taught.

Synchronized Swimming
Swimmers will learn basic synchronized swimming skills such as skulling and treading water. They will also learn moves such as the tub, the dolphin and the plank. Each class will put together a short performance on the last day of the session.

Jr. Lifeguards
Get involved in a 1 week program that teaches participants
the first steps in becoming a lifeguard. Participants will
learn basic rescue skills, how to recognize a person in
distress, water entries for rescues and participate in a fun
rescue competitions on the last day of class.

Classes are held Monday – Friday 10:30 - 1:30

Please bring a sack lunch. Snacks will be provided.
