Street Outreach:
We provide on the street assistance to youth and young adults (ages 10-24) who find themselves living on the streets or being at-risk of homelessness. Our mobile outreach team reaches out daily to offer:
Young people are also encouraged to access our drop-in center at 301 West Figueroa for basic needs assistance and help with short and long term goal development.
Transitional Age Youth (TAY):
Our staff works directly with youth between the ages of 16-24 who are dealing with issues related to self-sufficiency, independence, and development of personal potential. These services are targeted to youth who are transitioning or have transitioned out of foster care, the juvenile justice system, or the Noah’s Anchorage residential program.
