BodyCombat Small Group Training
Improve your kickboxing skills while experiencing a total body workout. Instructor Cathy Guerra will guide you through the mechanics of proper punching and kicking. Challenge yourself with this unique class that will help you release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ! Personal boxing mitts are required for this class, fingered boxing mitts are recommended over boxing gloves.
