Are you an active older adult looking to boost your fitness level in a small group environment? At the Y, we believe that a healthy lifestyle is achievable at any age. Our Boot Camp Gold is 6-week program offering classes for Active Older Adults. Its boot-camp style is geared to increase flexibility, balance and cardio capacity. By the end of the session we aim to help you reach your fittest and best self!

Yoga mats required and can be provided if needed.
