Our wide variety of Group Exercise classes allow you to fit your favorite class into your busy schedule and build relationships with others. Group fitness has many benefits over exercising alone, such as motivation from friends, classes led by an enthusiastic professional, and working together towards a common goal.

Body Breakthrough 

This class is perfect to build your best body, boost fat-burning and jump-start your energy with progressive full body strength training. An intense total body workout designed to define and tone every muscle in every way as well as improve strength and endurance.

Bodypump

Sculpt your entire body in 60 minutes. Utilizes the barbell and your own body weight.

Bodypump/CXWORX

The best of both! 30 minutes of BODYPUMP combined with 30 minutes of core strengthening CXWORX.

HIIT

Is a muscle building, fat burning, cardio-heavy full body class involving repeated bursts of activity combined with fixed periods of less intense activity and rest. All fitness levels welcome.

CXWORKX 

30 intense minutes of core activation. Work the torso and muscular slings, connecting the upper and lower body. Tighten your tummy and bottom and improve functional strength.

Pilates 

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up.

T’ai Chi Sun

Well known for its smooth, flowing movements. A higher stance with less kicking and punching.

Pi Yo 

PiYo is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga with a focus on flexibility and core strength. It works several muscle groups simultaneously through smooth, continuous motion with a particular concentration on strengthening and stabilizing the core (the abdomen, back and pelvic girdle region).

Zumba + Toning 

The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
