Fall TRX Small Group Training
Session Dates: September 26 – October 31
Meets on Wednesdays
You tried it…You requested it…Senior TRX small group training is here! Join Paula as she guides you through exercises to strengthen and tone your entire body using the TRX suspension strap system. Safe and effective, the TRX training system will help to improve muscular strength, body awareness and form.
Cost: $45 member/ $55 non-member
Minimum 6 participants. Space is limited to 7 participants.

It’s never too late to feel great! Our Active Older Adult (AOA) program is for everyone. AOA strives to offer a comprehensive and integrated program that encourages members to remain strong in the areas of physical, emotional, social, vocational, and intellectual well-being. Program is for all seniors looking to start or maintain a fitness program. Feel great at any age!
Classes For Active Older Adults
Participants will use bands, balls, and hand weights to improve daily functionality.
Gentle water exercises for easing arthritic discomfort, while improving joint mobility, increasing muscle tone and enhancing circulation, an Arthritis Foundation class.
