A gentle form of yoga practiced sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. We incorporate mindful movements, breathing practices and guided meditation to increase flexibility and body awareness. This class is perfect for active older adults or those with limited mobility. You will leave class feeling calm, yet energized.

Participants move their body through a series of guided positions and stretches, while focusing on breathing. Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A moderately paced class where you can build awareness, strength, skill, and focus by moving through a series of postures. This class works every muscle through deep stretches, breathing techniques and mini-meditation for a well-rounded alignment and foundation of each pose. This class is perfect for those looking to challenge themselves at their own pace.
A faster and more challenging yoga class designed to increase strength, flexibility and relaxation at an advanced level. This class is meant to connect your movement to your breathing through balance and postural exercises. Your heart rate will elevate and heat your inner body while you explore your physical and mental limits to detoxify your mind and body.
