Our new session of Aqua Yoga Small Group Training will debut on July 24! Join our Yoga instructor and swimmer Robert as he leads his class through a gentle, low impact Yoga experience. With the release of gravity the body can more easily find the optimum stretch. The buoyancy of the water provides resistance that helps maintain balance and aids in movement. Challenge your stability and core with this unique workout. This class is designed for all fitness levels.
