and core, improving your strength, balance, and mobility. Are you a beginner, intermediate, or advanced squatter?

Squat Reps by day

Use the guide above to determine the number of squats you need to perform each day in October. Track your progress using the YMCA360 app to be entered into a drawing to win a prize. Contact your Welcome Center for more details. Members and staff are encouraged to participate! 

Follow these steps to complete the challenge:

2. Join Squatoberfest challenge

3. Starting October 1, track your progress through the YMCA360 app
