Come get a great workout and enjoy the company of your friends! Our wide variety of Group Exercise classes allow you to fit your favorite class into your busy schedule and build relationships with others. Group fitness has many benefits over exercising alone, such as motivation from friends, classes lead by an enthusiastic professional, and working together towards a common goal.

Fitness Classes Offered

Cardio Kick

This class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy work-out challenges the beginner and intermediate student alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscles with this fun and challenging workout.

Core Conditioning

Along with the original Pilates exercises, this class will explore new exercises using various tools to strengthen and stabilize the core. The ultimate mind-body workout! Participants should leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and as if their muscles have been lengthened and stretched.

Dance Fitness

Have fun while conditioning the whole body. Keith will take you through arm exercises, leg exercises and move you through basic low impact dance routines. You’ll have lots of fun while you meet new friends!

Extreme Fitness

An energetic mix of strength and cardio designed to burn calories, while developing power, strength and stamina. Suitable for ALL fitness levels!

Family Dance Cardio

An hour of high energy dance and cardio, with Hip-Hop and Latin-based movements and technique in the dance form. The class involves light stretching and strengthening exercises as well as cardio workouts.

Fit for Life

This is a fun low intensity, low impact workout for older adults, or for anyone desiring a less strenuous class. A great place to meet other seniors as well as improve your overall health. (Beginning level class)

Group Cycling

Group cycling is effective for all fitness levels. You control the resistance on your bike to increase or decrease the intensity and there are no complicated moves to learn. Join a class today and see how exhilarating group indoor cycling can be! lease bring a water bottle and towel to class. Please arrive on time or your bike may be given to others on the waiting list. If this is your first class please arrive 10 minutes prior to learn the bike set-up.

The program consists of one 12-week program that meets two times per week for 75 minutes each day. Through participation in these sessions, individuals will build muscle mass and muscle strength, increase flexibility and endurance, and improve functional ability. YMCA fitness instructors work with each participant to fit the program to their individual needs. The instructors are trained in the elements of cancer, post rehab exercise and supportive cancer care.

Pure Strength

Carefully designed to introduce you to proper strength training technique, Total Body Strength makes use of a full lot of equipment to target every muscle group you have in one class. This class is a perfect way to build strength while sculpting your body and helping you get leaner. You’ll get experience using resistance bands, free weights and other tools to get a full-body workout. Motivating music and a fun instructor who provides guidance, modifications and encouragement to keep you motivated and moving forward.

Silver Sneakers

This class focuses on strengthening the muscles for everyday activities and maintaining a range of motion. Most exercises are performed seated in a chair or standing next to, and holding onto a chair for support. Tools used are small exercise balls, resistance bands and hand-held weights.

Tai Chi

Often described as “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi promotes serenity though gentle, flowing movements. The goal of the class is to improve balance increase flexibility, and reduce stress. This class is very low-impact and appropriate for ALL FITNESS LEVELS.

Yoga Stretch

Yoga stretch is a gentle introduction to basic yoga poses with emphasis on both active and static stretching. This class will give you the best of both and leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

A fusion of Latin and international music and dance that creates a dynamic, exciting, effective cardio workout. These fun, easy routines feature interval aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body as you dance.
