FIT FOR LIFE: This is a fun low intensity, low impact workout for older adults, or for anyone desiring a less strenuous class. A great place to meet other seniors as well as improve your overall health. (Beginning level class)

SILVER SNEAKERS: This class focuses on strengthening the muscles for everyday activities and maintaining range of motion. Most exercises are performed seated in a chair or standing next to, and holding on to a chair for support. Tools used are small exercise balls, resistance bands and hand-held weights.

ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS: Monday through Saturday 11am at the Y.
