Teen Strength and Conditioning

Teen Strength and Conditioning offers classed that will focus on agility, power and endurance. Will include functional fitness such as kettlebells, TRX, medicine balls, plyometrics, agility and proper lift coaching. Our coaches will work with teen athletes to make sure they are on track to start their season in peak performance. This program is great for young athletes looking to stay conditioned over summer break!
