Group cycling is effective for all fitness levels. You control the resistance on your bike to increase or decrease the intensity and there are no complicated moves to learn. Join a class today and see how exhilarating group indoor cycling can be! Please bring a water bottle and towel to class. Please arrive on time or your bike may be given to others on the waiting list. If this is your first class please arrive 10 minutes prior to the beginning of class to learn the bike set-up

This class focuses on strengthening the muscles for everyday activities and maintaining a range of motion. Most exercises are performed seated in a chair or standing next to, and holding onto a chair for support. Tools used are small exercise balls, resistance bands and hand-held weights.
