Come get a great workout and enjoy the company of your friends! Our wide variety of Group Exercise classes allow you to fit your favorite class into your busy schedule. Group fitness has many benefits over exercising alone, such as motivation from friends, classes led by an enthusiastic professional, and working together towards common goal. 

Fitness Classes Offered

Cycle 45

Cycle is a high energy, non-impact aerobic studio cycle ride in a room full of friends. You’ll let your mind free itself from everyday stress as this class carries you away to an exciting new level of fitness with a soundtrack encouraging your ride.

Yoga

Yoga II & III will allow you to explore and experience the revitalizing world of HATHA YOGA with classes offered morning, noon and night (intended for intermediate to advanced students).

Total Body Conditioning

Total Body Conditioning (TBC) is a great way to challenge oneself and improve your total body conditioning. Work every muscle through a series of strength training, cardiovascular training and endurance exercises, while engaging in a fun empowering class!

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a mat science class using a combination of thera-bands, balls, glides and ultra-t circles to increase an individual’s full-body strength, exibility, endurance and balance. The Pilates system of conditioning is a perfect complement to any fitness training program, and is appropriate for those nursing minor injuries.

Senior Strength

Senior Strength invites you to join a community of seniors and active aging adults for a total-body workout appropriate for any fitness level. Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion and balance. Light hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a bender ball are offered for resistance. Class may incorporate both standing and seated exercises; a chair will be used for seated/standing support. This class is designed for active aging adults that want to maintain and improve their fitness level.

Zumba

ZUMBA fuses hypnotic rhythms and easy-to-follow dance moves to create a one-of-a-kind tness program that will blow you away. ZUMBA fans achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate your sense of fun and freedom.

Cardio Dance

Cardio Dance is a mixture of rhythms and different dance styles that caters to all levels of fitness. No previous dance experience is necessary. Each class can be modified to increase or decrease difficulty. Be prepared to have a blast while getting an incredible workout!

Techno Circuit

TECHNO Circuit is a group strength training circuit class held in the TechnoGym® strength training room. You will strengthen up with others by working out your body in its en rety. Enjoy the music and all the energy the group has to offer.

Mind and Body Flexibility

MB Flexibility (Mind & Body) will help you improve your flexibility, posture, balance and body awareness, while learning to control the negative effects of stress in your body.

T’ai Chi incorporates flowing movements and breath consciousness to achieve mental and physical health, balance and calm.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is the class for you, if you are ready to challenge yourself in a fast-paced, calorie-blasting group workout. Using a traditional Boot Camp style approach, you may even find yourself working outside! Boot Camp is made accessible to all fitness levels and modifications are always offered for the beginner to the advanced.
