Inline skating will move your heart rate, your lungs, your core and build muscle and balance.

Inline skating consists of skates with wheels arranged in a single line, allowing for greater speed and better maneuverability than traditional roller skates.

Our skate instructors will help your young skater develop motor skills, balance and muscle strength. Basic skate skills taught include:

  • Stopping and turning
  • Safe falling techniques
  • Street skating awareness

All levels of skill, including beginners, are welcome.
