Join us for our foam rolling workshop! The benefits of foam rolling range from warming up your muscles to helping you recover faster after a workout. After foam rolling, it takes less effort for a muscle to produce a given amount of force, and reduces delayed-onset muscle soreness, and therefore boost your performance in later workouts.

Fees: $10

This workshop is held on the third Saturday of every month.
