Make Fitness Personal at the Y
At the Y, our personal trainers sincerely care about helping you get the most out of your workouts in a safe, supportive environment. Training sessions will correspond to your needs, fitness level and goals.
Actualize your fitness goals with personal training! Our certified trainers and nutritionist support you along your fitness journey. Trainers will teach you proper exercise techniques and develop a customized workout program to match your goals. If you like to work out with other people, we also have Duo Training (2 people).
Working one-on-one with your trainer, you’ll start by discussing your needs and fitness desires, and then your personal trainer will coach you through motivating and effective exercise sessions.
