Pool Activities Schedule
Our group water fitness classes provide members with the opportunity to improve their physical, emotional and social wellness. All classes are included in membership.
Deep Water Aerobics
No-impact class that improves cardiovascular wellness, balance, muscular strength and self-esteem. Using a float belt, you will walk, jog, strengthen core and overall body strength while mostly in the pool’s deep end.
Gentle shallow water exercise designed for those with arthritis, recovering from injury or surgery or anyone with limited mobility. You will gain flexibility, strength and endurance in a friendly, shallow-end environment, allowing for balance and agility under low impact.
Shallow Water Aerobics
Improve your fitness level while minimizing stress on your joints. Improve your muscle tone, strength, flexibility and endurance in the shallow end of the pool. A high energy/low impact class.
