Yoga II

Ready to move beyond Basic Yoga?! Come join the YOGA 1 class! This class will move at a slightly faster pace than the BASIC YOGA as well as form a deeper understanding of the BASICS. It will incorporate Vinyasa (flow) and alignment which would include a warm-up, various sun-salutes and all types of basic Asanas.

This class is for yogis from all levels. During this class, classic yoga poses are practiced with an emphasis on alignment and options for modifications. Whether you have been practicing yoga for years or are brand new, the instructor is prepared to deliver a workout for all and keep a fun flow throughout the entire class!
