Get in great shape and build your endurance in one of the YMCA’s cycling classes! This class is 45 minutes of an ultimate low impact, high energy, calorie burning workout! We will guide you through the ride of your life. If you can ride a bike, you can cycle!

You may call or stop by the member service desk to reserve a bike as early as opening the day before your desired class time. You may sign-up other members of your household but not your friends or coworkers. Sign-ups are on a first come first serve basis.
