Wiggle, shimmy, shake and groove! Dance helps people of all ages to embrace their own individuality, in addition to building confidence, creativity, and social skills. YMCA Dance programs focus on skills, poise and discipline while never losing sight of fun! Our class encourages self-expression and provides an interactive place to meet new friends. Whether your child’s style is jazzy, funky or graceful, dance allows kids to exercise in an invigorating and fun environment.
