Fall Fitness and Nutrition Program

Fees: $96 Facility Members
Sessions on Saturdays at 10-11am
It’s time to get motivated! The goal of this program is to get fit and lose weight with the help of your trainer Kasey Clelland.
You will receive: Pre and post consultations with trainer • Assessments and measurements • Food journaling • Weekly group meetings • Prizes • Limit of 12 participants

At the Y, our personal trainers sincerely care about helping you get the most out of your workouts in a safe, supportive environment. Training sessions will correspond to your needs, fitness level and goals.
Working one-on-one with your trainer, you’ll start by discussing your needs and fitness desires, and then your personal trainer will coach you through motivating and effective exercise sessions.
