Yoga is an ancient Indian practice that combines mental and physical elements into relaxing and strengthening poses that promote inner peace and well-being. Practicing yoga not only burns calories and tones muscles, while gaining the focus to reduce stress and lead a healthier, more balanced lifestyle.

Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga

Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga is a special practice that goes beyond just adapting traditional yoga to suit the changing needs of your body. For mamas-to-be, this is a quiet time to connect with your growing body and baby. For postpartum mamas, this is a comfortable space to re-learn how to move your new body in a safe way post-pregnancy.

Come together with other mothers to communicate about your experience and learn coping techniques to assist you in pregnancy, labor and beyond. We’ll move our bodies and find time to rest, while sharing our knowledge and energy with each other.

This class is for mamas to be and current mamas (no babies on the outside). No yoga experience is necessary. Postpartum mothers need to have doctors permission to begin exercising again.

Our instructor Megan Zander has been teaching Prenatal yoga for the last 5 years. She recently had her 2nd child, so she brings experience to the practice, as well as empathy, as she goes through this experience with her students.

Ages 18 and up
$96 for 6 week package – Facility Member
$120 for 6 week package – Program Member

Yoga for all levels. Learn proper alignment, breathing technique and flow through a variety of sequences and poses.

Mindful Flow Yoga

This one-hour intermediate class combines meditation, flowing yoga postures, mindfulness, and breath work with mu- sic. This class will get your heart pumping but also leave you feeling deeply relaxed Max 36 Pass: classes may become overcrowded and require you to pick up a pass from the front desk no earlier than 15min prior to class.

Sunrise Stretch 

Sunrise Stretch is for all levels. Learn proper alignment, breathing techniques and flow through a variety of stretching sequences and poses.

Physio Yoga

Physio Yoga is a style of yoga that is educational and a great workout. You will be taught the science and benefits of each pose and you will leave feeling like you just had a massage inside and out!

Focusing on principles of alignment as we move with breath and intention. Creating space for exploration and laughter.

Intrinsic Yoga 

This class offers the detailed knowledge of individual poses. It will help you build strength, flexibility and body awareness for all other physical engagements as well as the faster paced flow yoga classes.
