This fun class is a fusion of Latin dance and international music. It is a mixture of body sculpting with easy to follow dance steps that will burn calories and make you smile!
30 minute warm-up and sculpt in the Group Exercise room and moves the the cycling room for 25 minutes of indoor cycling. Class finishes with a 5 minute stretch. All levels welcome. Take all of the class or just one segment. If you only plan to take the cycling segment – Class will start at 6pm in the cycling room. Have a great class!
