Yoga for Kids is a form of yoga that is designed specifically for children. It includes poses to increase strength, flexibility, and coordination. Yoga can be used as a relaxation technique to help anxious kids combat anxiety and stress of everyday life. Class is intended to be fun! Ages 6-12 years.
We have a 23 person limit in each class. Please bring a water bottle and towel to class. No lose clothing. Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class in order to choose and set up your bike. Please refrain from using your cell phone during class time. Please wipe down your bike after each class. Have a great ride!
