A low-impact, shallow water workout for men and women that will stretch muscles, increase agility and range of motion.
A next level up class from Functional Fitness. Emphasizing improved muscular strength, endurance, balance and joint mobility allowing daily functions to be performed with ease. 45 minute class.
30 minute warm-up and sculpt in the Group Exercise room and moves the the cycling room for 25 minutes of indoor cycling. Class finishes with a 5 minute stretch. All levels welcome. Take all of the class or just one segment. If you only plan to take the cycling segment – Class will start at 6pm in the cycling room. Have a great class!
