Enhanced corporate image and creation of a culture of health
The Y partners with your company and your employees in the pursuit of wellness. Together, we invest in creating an enriched, healthy workforce. The partnership will need a minimum of five employees. Y staff will work with your representative to promote, implement and maintain the partnership.
Employers can choose from these partner options:
Option 1 Employer/Y Match – 10% Partner / 20% Partner Plus the YMCA Match
Option 2 Employer Full Pay – 100% Partner
Option 3 No Financial Investment (Employer promotes YMCA as employee wellness partner.)
Employee Wellness Partnership Agreement
A minimum of 5 employees on the membership is required at all times.
YMCA will offer full facility memberships for participants at the identified branch.
YMCA will provide facility usage reports to Partner upon request.
The partner agreement is continuous until a 30 day written notice is given by either the Partner or the YMCA.
Prices are subject to change with 30-day notice.
Partner agrees to give the YMCA a 30-day written notice of any employees no longer participating in the Employee Wellness Partnership Program.
Partner is committed to working with the Y to provide opportunities and experiences to improve the health and well-being of employees.
