Co-Ed Dance Classes

Wiggle, shimmy, shake and groove! Dance helps people of all ages to embrace their own individuality. YMCA Dance programs focus on skills, poise and discipline while never losing sight of fun! Whether your child’s style is jazzy, funky or graceful, dance allows kids to exercise in an invigorating and fun environment.

Dance improves confidence, self-esteem, and it’s good for the heart and lungs. You will increase strength, endurance, motor skills, and stronger bones.

Sign your little ones up for our next session of dance! All dance classes will participate in a dance recital at the end of the session.

Hip-Hop

Come learn some of the newest moves! Your child will be taught some dance moves they didn’t know before while learning to be comfortable and confident.

Tap Dance

Tap is a popular style of American theatrical dance distinguished by percussive footwork that marks out precise rhythmic patterns on the floor. Dancers develop a keen sense of rhythm and balance.
