Spring Session Home School PE

Spring Session Dates: February 18 – March 30

Home School PE 
Ages 6-10
Thursdays 1:00-1:45pm
Students will participate in a 6-week Physical Education program. Each week a different “theme” will be used in the delivery of this program. Themes include but are not limited to: music movement, relays, obstacle courses, etc. Meets at Sports Court

Home School Swim Lessons 
Stage 1/2
Wednesdays 1:45-2:30pm
Stage 3/4
Tuesday 10:00am-10:45am or Wednesday 2:30-3:15pm
Stage 5/6
Tuesday 11:00am-11:45am or Wednesday 2:30-3:15pm

Home School PE

We are so excited to offer our Home School PE program here at the YMCA! In this program, your child will learn essential exercises, healthy habits, character counts, sports and much more. We have designed a curriculum for each age group and cannot wait to teach them. Home School PE is designed to meet the physical education needs of youth in homeschool and charter programs. This program focuses on building physical fitness and enhancing skill development with age-appropriate activities, sports and games utilizing the Y’s gymnasium, pool and group studios. Join us for an educational and fun class!
