Lacrosse and Hockey at the YMCA
A fast-moving team sport played on a field with two goals, providing an aerobic and strength-building workout. Your little players run up and down the field to get the lacrosse ball into the goal. Fun, fast and strategic; lacrosse provides a wide range of benefits to players including building eye-hand coordination, social interaction and self-confidence.
Hockey (aka street or pick-up)
Our game of hockey puts on wheels instead of blades. Roller hockey is a great workout with nonstop action, and at the Y, we play within our set of values, emphasizing teamwork, fun and sportsmanship. Roller Hockey at the Y encourages fitness, fun and positive interaction.
