Teen Strength

Teens: get involved in healthy living practices to improve your wellness, and see the results as you gain strength, endurance and confidence! In Teen Strength, participants learn and understand the components of physical fitness. A Y fitness staff member leads the program, which includes a cardiovascular workout, endurance, muscular strength and flexibility exercises.

Athletic Development

This course helps teens learn, understand and practice the fundamentals of developing muscular strength for personal fitness. A YMCA fitness staff member will lead the program that includes a cardiovascular workout, endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility exercises. Participants will learn the five key components of fitness and how to develop their own personal training program. This is all done in a structured, yet fun, environment.

Teen Strength is limited to 10 participants.
