Youth Track and Field at the YMCA
Are your kids track and field fanatics? Do you have an aspiring track star at home that bounces off the walls on a daily basis? Then sprint, hurdle, run or jog into our track and field programs! Our youth sessions help kids learn different track and field events while learning the value of teamwork, sportsmanship, determination and hard work.
Not only is the Y’s youth track and field program great for helping kids stay active and on their feet, participating in our program allows kids to channel their stress and energy in a productive way. Our program provides kids with regular exercise, which helps regulate sleep patterns, maintain a healthy body weight, and create healthy habits for later in life.
