Regardless of your age or ability level, the TRX is an adaptable and effective exercise device used to improve balance, increase joint mobility, and gain muscular strength.

Many of these risk factors affect older adults and are physiological characteristics that may improve with well-designed exercise interventions that feature a suspension training system.
