are looking to take their practice further.

Alignment based sequencing and prop are used.

Yoga Neidra

a powerful method focusing on consciously achieving physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Students will learn how to reach a deep state of relaxation and inner awareness over a 45 minute period.

S.S.S. Yoga 

Active Older Adults will have fun as they safely improve balance, learn versatile breathing techniques, & functional skills through a variety of seated & standing yoga poses during this 45-minute class. A chair is offered for balance & support.
