Active Older Adult class emphasizing improved muscular strength, endurance, balance, and joint mobility to allow your daily functions to be performed with ease. A chair can be used as needed.

Teen Fitness

Through Teen Fitness, participants develop healthy living practices to improve their wellness, gain strength, endurance, and confidence. Teens aim to learn and understand the components of physical fitness, while a Y fitness staff member leads a cardiovascular workout, endurance and strength training, and flexibility exercises.
