Reach your 2020 fitness goals! The Y has a large variety of classes to choose from, so your workouts will never be boring. The relationships you’ll develop in a group exercise class will hold you accountable and motivated. While individual workouts have their own rewards, a group exercise class has an instructor who provides instruction, feedback, and at times, entertainment.

Active Older Adults
Active Older Adult class emphasizing improved muscular strength, endurance, balance, and joint mobility to allow your daily functions to be performed with ease. A chair can be used as needed.View Schedule
Through Teen Fitness, participants develop healthy living practices to improve their wellness, gain strength, endurance, and confidence. Teens aim to learn and understand the components of physical fitness, while a Y fitness staff member leads a cardiovascular workout, endurance and strength training, and flexibility exercises.Sign Up
