BODYPUMP- 8:30 - 9:00 a.m.
This is the original barbell class that challenges all major muscle groups. Our class uses a weighted bar and plates to individualize your workout. Set to fun and energetic music with high-energy and motivating instructors.
LES MILLS CORE- 9:15 - 9:45 a.m.
Les Mills CORE focuses on strengthening your torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. Designed to improve functional strength and assist in injury prevention by tightening your core and glute muscles.
BODYCOMBAT- 10:00 - 10:30 a.m.
This class offers an empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi, and Muay Thai. Supported by driving music, you will strike, punch, kick, and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
LES MILLS SPRINT- 10:45 - 11:15 a.m.
Les Mills SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.
BODYBALANCE- 11:30 a.m - 12:00 p.m.
This class offers a Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration, and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves, and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
