At the Y, we've made the health and fitness of our seniors a top priority by offering programs for the spirit, mind, and body. We’ve designed activities that concentrate on balance, mobility, and flexibility, and we host plenty of social events and volunteer activities to bring people together for camaraderie, fellowship, and fun!
