
AUGUST CHALLENGE
Let’s take the time to get active and stay active this August. Take part in some of your favorite physical activities like strength training, yoga, HIIT, a cycling class, or your favorite sports activity with your family and friends. Take at least 45 minutes a day to be active and improve your physical wellness.
