Personal & Small Group Training
Personal Training may be impacted by social distancing and public health mandates. Please contact your local branch and visit the Health Resource Page for up-to-date information.
Personal and Small Group Training are useful tools to help achieve the lifestyle and fitness goals you might not be able to achieve on your own. Training can focus on overall fitness, reaching a healthy weight, learning to stick with an exercise plan, focusing on unique health concerns, overcoming plateaus in results, motivation to exercise, and more. Working with a Personal Trainer enables you to get the type of support and guidance that will benefit your wellness goals and get the most out of your fitness membership at the Y.

Teen Orientations & Strength Classes
Members over the age of 12 can access the YMCA on their own. Our complementary orientations are a great way to ensure that teens have the understanding of safety and etiquette needed to use cardio, strength and group exercise classes. Call your local Y to schedule your first appointment. Teen Strength Classes are small group training opportunities. Lead by personal trainers, teens work on cardio, endurance, flexibility, and strength in a fun group setting.Contact Us
