Corporate Health & Wellness Program

YMCA Corporate Health & Wellness Programs offer an opportunity to increase the health and well-being of employees through on-site and/or YMCA facility memberships. With stress in the workplace, the rise of preventable illnesses and the high cost of healthcare, lets us create a more health-conscious and active community together.
With YMCA Facility Corporate Memberships, there is no cost to join and there is a 12-month open enrollment period for employees following an officially signed agreement. We provide both employees and families with fitness and recreation at our local facilities and nationwide. Our program has been developed and implemented to support companies like yours in creating a healthier work environment and maximizing your companies resources.

Corporate Giving

Demonstrate your organization’s commitment to local community needs by investing in the YMCA. Our corporate giving program has been designed to offer companies of all sizes the ability to make an impact and to be recognized for the good they are doing.
Our success depends on charitable gifts, and we welcome the opportunity to explore how your company wants to give back. Funding through Grants or Foundation Gifts allows us to sustain and grow our programs. Donations to our Annual Campaign provide us with the funds to bridge the financial gap for low-income individuals and families who cannot otherwise afford the full rate for our programs. From golf tournaments to galas the YMCA hosts annual special events to showcase our mission’s work and raise needed funds. Sponsorships of our signature events are a great way to connect with the YMCA.

Corporate Volunteering

When corporate employees are engaged in community activities that leverage their professional skills through volunteerism, employees are happier and better connected with their community, which benefits the entire company. The YMCA offers one time day of service events to companies and more long-term volunteer placement to employees looking to make a difference.
