The Channel Islands YMCA is pleased to announce the appointment of Paige Harris as Executive Director of the Lompoc Family YMCA. A seasoned YMCA professional with more than 13 years of experience, Harris brings a passion for relationship-building, community engagement, and youth development to her new role.
A familiar face within the YMCA movement, Harris returns to the Channel Islands YMCA after serving in leadership roles throughout both the Channel Islands YMCA and the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles. Throughout her career, she has led community initiatives, expanded youth and wellness programs, and cultivated partnerships that strengthen communities and create opportunities for individuals and families to thrive.
“I am honored and excited to serve as the Executive Director of the Lompoc Family YMCA,” said Harris. “The YMCA is so much more than a building. It is a place where people find belonging, support, and connection. I look forward to building meaningful relationships with our members, volunteers, community partners, and local families as we continue to grow our impact throughout the Lompoc community.”
As Executive Director, Harris will oversee branch operations, membership engagement, community partnerships, youth development initiatives, wellness programming, and volunteer support. She is eager to reconnect with local stakeholders and continue expanding programs that meet the unique needs of the Lompoc community.
