Child Watch While You Workout
Child Watch is included with a family membership and can be added to an individual membership for $15 per child each month. Child Watch provides up to 1 hour and 20 minutes of care for children 6 weeks to 18 months of age and 2 hours of care for children 19 months and older. Parents must remain in the Y facility while using this service.

Children’s Corner (6 weeks – 6 years)
Children’s Corner is supervised by trained and loving staff that will care for and play with your child. Your child will enjoy both indoor and outdoor play. We offer arts and crafts, activities, games, story time, and old-fashioned fun!
Adventure Zone (5 years – 12 years)
Our staff will keep your kids active and safe while you relax and enjoy your workout. Children are challenged by a 3-level maze, Nintendo Wii, crafts and
more! It’s also a great place to do homework or just relax.

BODY PUMP FROM LES MILLS.
Sculpt your entire body in 60 minutes using a barbell, hand weights, and your own body weight.
Using a combination of postures inspired by ballet yoga and Pilates, barre encourages the building of small and large muscle groups using small weights, exercise mats and balls.
Cardio kickboxing is a combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts. This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Silver Sneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
A high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
INTERNATIONAL FOLK DANCE
This class is all about dancing without borders! Dance to music from around the world, while connecting to many cultures and exercising with old and new friends!
Core-based exercises based on the teaching of Joseph Pilates combining yoga, dance therapy, core training and flexibility.
A fusion of Pilates and Yoga, with a focus on flexibility and core strength. Dynamic flow sequences that burn calories, lengthen and tone muscles, and increase flexibility.
SENIOR STRENGTH & STRETCH (S.S.S.)
A cardiovascular warm-up followed by easy to follow low impact aerobics, weight training, and stretching.
This core training involves two primary features: the first being the solo form, a slow sequence of movements which emphasize a straight spine, abdominal breathing and a natural range of motion; the second being different styles of pushing hands for training movement principles of the form.
A mix of cardio and strength in a 60-minute format including a warm up and cool down. Join us for standard body weight movements, weighted movements, and a heart-pumping workout.
Gain flexibility and strength while improving balance and relaxation. This class is geared for those with basic knowledge of asana practice, and
are looking to take their practice further.
Intermediate and advanced class for experienced students. Gain flexibility and strength while improving balance and relaxation skills.
Alignment based sequencing and prop are used.

Group Exercise Etiquette
Be on time to ensure your space in class & prevent injury.
Limit talking, it’s impolite & distracting to the class and instructor.
If you have a special medical consideration, consult your doctor prior to exercise.
Wait for the classroom to clear before entering.
Wear good aerobic shoes (no black soles).
Participants must be 12 years or older.
Please silence cell phones, no texting and no headphones.
